No allow to free running around inside the house from rooms so have a leash and safe calm collar on when with them inside the house and make dog Lay DOWN on command on their bed spots area at all times as long as when you want them to move for toilet outside then take them to the spot and make sure you pick up their poo each time you see them do it and if your busy working hire a pet sitter to look after your dog kids with the same routine your doing now.  No free food and water means unless Dog works for you and must learn to make your dog kid WAIT means SIT command    with a 30 second LEAVE IT command before you give it a Release TAKE IT Command.
